Terms & Conditions

To ensure a smooth and successful event experience, we kindly request all our clients to review and adhere to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

  • *Advance booking is mandatory and subject to availability.
  • *A non-refundable advance amount (as mutually agreed) must be paid at the time of booking confirmation
  • *The balance amount should be settled at least 2 days prior to the event date.
  • *All payments must include 18% GST where applicable.

Usage Duration

  • *Marriage function bookings are valid for 24 hours only.
  • *Reception bookings are valid for 8 hours only.
  • *Any usage beyond the stipulated time will incur an extra charge of ₹10,000 per hour, which will be strictly enforced.

Facilities

  • *The A/C function hall and dining area are centrally air-conditioned.
  • *A total of 6 A/C rooms (including VIP and bridal rooms) are available for use, subject to booking and payment.
  • *Generator usage (A/C or EB) will be billed separately based on per hour usage.

Housekeeping & Security

  • *Cleaning charges are mandatory for all events
  • *Security personnel charges are fixed based on the required manpower and event size.

Utilities

  • *Electricity and gas consumption will be metered and billed at the applicable rates.
  • *Vessel cleaning and kitchen area maintenance are to be handled responsibly by the client or the caterer.

General Rules

  • *Damage to property or equipment will be chargeable to the client.
  • *Smoking or alcohol consumption within the premises is strictly prohibited.
  • *Parking facilities are available for 30 cars and 60 bikes only.
  • *The use of lift is permitted for guest convenience across all floors.
  • *Decorations and sound arrangements must be done with prior intimation and approval.
  • *The management reserves the right to amend or update tariff and terms without prior notice.
